If something looks wrong

What to do first, what we will never ask you for, and how to reach a human fast.

First: freeze the affected cards (instant and reversible) and revoke sessions you don't recognise. Both are one tap and neither closes your account.

Then write to support from your account email with what you saw and when. Include the payment or transfer reference if you have one.

We will never ask for your password, a full card number, a passkey, or a one-time code. Anyone who does is not Baynoy, no matter what the caller ID or the email address looks like.

If money has already left, tell us immediately anyway — some transfers can still be stopped or recalled, and the ones that can't still need to be reported.

Still stuck?

Write to us with your account email and we'll pick it up from there.
