Subscriptions and recurring payments

Consent first, restrained retries, and a cancellation the customer can always find.

The first charge collects explicit consent to store the payment method. The mandate — amount, frequency, and how to cancel — is recorded and shown to the customer.

Renewals charge automatically. A failed renewal retries on a restrained schedule and then pauses the subscription; we do not run aggressive retry storms, because they are indistinguishable from card testing and they damage your acceptance rate.

Customers can cancel from the receipt or the hosted page. Making cancellation hard is a fast route to disputes, so we don't build it that way.

Price changes require a new mandate where the law says so. Your dashboard flags subscriptions that need one.
