What your application status means

Submitted, in review, needs information, approved, approved with limits, or declined — and what you can do in each.

Submitted means your application is a fixed snapshot in the review queue. Most applications get a first response within two business days.

Needs information means the review paused on a missing document or an open question. The email lists exactly what's needed; providing it resumes the review where it stopped.

In manual review means a person is reading your file. This happens for many ordinary reasons and needs nothing from you.

Approved with limits means the account is open but some products or amounts start restricted and unlock as your history grows — your dashboard always shows which. Declined means we can't offer an account right now; you can appeal and a different reviewer looks at it with fresh eyes.
