1. AGREEMENT
By creating a Baynoy account you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Baynoy is operated by AtaForge Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation.
2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. Sanctioned individuals or entities may not use Baynoy.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use Baynoy to facilitate illegal goods, regulated gambling without a license, adult content, ponzi schemes, or any activity prohibited by our payment partners, Bridge, Chainalysis or applicable sanctions regimes.
4. FEES & PAYOUTS
Fees are as listed at baynoy.com/pricing. We may update fees on 30 days notice. Payouts are settled in the currency and rail you configure in your dashboard.
5. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
You are responsible for responding to disputes within the timeframe shown in the dashboard. Repeated chargebacks may result in increased reserves or account closure.
6. TERMINATION
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose compliance risk, with funds released after the standard reserve period.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Baynoy is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtaForge Inc.'s liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, with venue in Wilmington, Delaware.
