Acceptable Use & Prohibited Businesses

1. The principle

You may use Baynoy only for lawful business activity that you accurately described to us. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. The precise list can vary by country and by the financial institutions involved; the version here is the general baseline, and your dashboard reflects what applies to you.

2. Prohibited

Never permitted, in any country, under any program:

• ·Sanctions violations, illegal products, or proceeds of crime.
• ·Pirated IPTV/streaming, copyright infringement, counterfeit goods.
• ·Human trafficking, child exploitation, non-consensual adult content.
• ·Sale of identity or financial data, phishing, malware.
• ·Unlicensed gambling, unlicensed financial services, unlicensed pharmaceuticals.
• ·Merchant laundering (processing someone else's sales), unapproved factoring, third-party payment aggregation.
• ·Fake donations or charity fraud.
• ·Pump-and-dump schemes, anonymising mixers, and crypto activities prohibited by our custody and banking arrangements.

3. Restricted — written approval only

Some lawful sectors (for example regulated gaming, certain supplements, high-value marketplaces) are restricted: they operate only with explicit written approval and, where needed, a separate program with its own terms. Applying without disclosing a restricted activity is itself a violation. There is no "process first, classify later".

4. What happens on violation

Depending on severity: feature restriction, suspension, termination, holding funds where law or scheme rules require, and reporting where we are legally obliged. Where we lawfully can, we tell you what happened and how to respond; the Complaints & Disputes procedure applies.
