Fees & Pricing Terms

Version: 0.9 (draft) · Dernière mise à jour: 2026-09-11

Ce document est tenu en anglais ; le texte anglais fait foi.

1. One price, shown first

Every Baynoy fee is a single price shown to you before you use the thing it prices — on the pricing page, in the dashboard, or in the flow itself. There are no fee splits to reconstruct and no charges that appear only on a statement.

2. Fee categories

Depending on the products you use, fees can include:

  • Payment processing fees (per successful transaction; rate depends on method and region).
  • Payout and transfer fees (shown per payout before you confirm).
  • Currency conversion fees (the rate and fee are shown together with a validity window before you convert).
  • Card fees (physical card issuance and shipping, shown at order).
  • Crypto network and conversion costs (shown before you withdraw or convert).
  • Dispute fees, where schemes impose them (shown in the dispute view).

3. Current rates

Current rates for your account are always in your dashboard and on baynoy.com/pricing. Where a published rate says "custom", your rate is the one in your agreement or dashboard.

4. How fees are charged

Fees are deducted from the related transaction or balance in the transaction currency where possible, and every ledger entry shows the fee separately — your exports reconcile to the cent.

5. Changes

We can change fees with advance notice in the dashboard or by email (at least 30 days for increases unless law or scheme changes force a shorter period). Using the Services after the effective date is acceptance; otherwise close your account before it applies.

6. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You are responsible for taxes on your own sales; where we must collect tax on our fees, it is shown.
