Which documents we ask for

The core set is your certificate of incorporation and articles of association. Companies older than a year may be asked for a certificate of good standing.

Licensed sectors must attach the licence. If your business model is unusual, a supplier invoice or a customer contract helps a reviewer understand it quickly and often shortens the review.

Documents can be PDF, JPG or PNG. Upload the whole document, not a cropped detail — reviewers must see issuing authority, dates and stamps.

Files stay attached to your application and are shared only with the reviewers who decide it. They are never used for anything else.
