How fees work
One Baynoy price per thing, shown before you use it, and itemised in every export.
Every fee is a single price — payment processing, payouts, conversion, cards, crypto network costs. You see it before you use the thing it prices.
Fees are deducted from the related transaction or balance and appear as their own ledger line, so your exports reconcile exactly.
Your current rates live in the dashboard and on the pricing page. Where a published rate says "custom", the rate in your agreement or dashboard is the one that applies.
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated; where we must collect tax on our own fees it is shown separately.
