How long does Tier 1 verification take?⌄
Tier 1 (ID + selfie) is automatic and usually completes in under 5 minutes. Tier 2 (bank account) takes 1–24 hours. Tier 3 (business documents + UBO) takes 1–7 days.
Which payment methods do you support?⌄
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, ACH, iDEAL, PIX, plus USDC, EURC and PYUSD on Solana, Base, Ethereum and Polygon — over 30 methods in total.
Where do my funds land?⌄
Any IBAN, ACH or wire account in your name — or a USDC wallet on Solana, Base, Ethereum or Polygon. You can split between fiat and stablecoin per payment.
What does the pricing actually look like?⌄
Cards from 1.4% + 20¢, stablecoin from 0.5%, no monthly fee on Starter. Pro removes the 'Powered by Baynoy' badge and adds chat support. Business adds mass payouts and team roles.
Is there a free trial?⌄
30 days on Pro features with up to $1,000 in processed volume. No credit card required, cancel anytime.
How do refunds work?⌄
From the dashboard or API. Card refunds settle in 5–10 business days; USDC refunds within minutes. Baynoy fees are refunded with the original amount.
Can I use Baynoy for subscriptions?⌄
Yes. Pro and above support recurring billing with automated retries (1, 3, 7 days), a customer portal, proration on plan changes, and SCA-compliant 3DS.
Do you offer a sandbox?⌄
Yes — sandbox keys ship immediately on signup, with test cards, simulated USDC, fake refunds and disputes. No real money, no rate limits, no Tier 1 requirement.
